Concussion

Concussion is one of the most common forms of brain injury and can last from a few minutes to a life time.  You need not lose consciousness to have a concussion.  The CDC has excellent information on how to identify and treat concussions.   There are important important guidelines on returning to activities for children and adults. The bottom line to concussion is to identify that you had a concussion and seek medical attention to establish the best treatment plan.
